Rating The movie is actually two stories rolled into one. one is generation next and other old ishtyle .Director has portrayed the loverboy of 21st century nicely. If you expect something like Jab We Met this is totally different Deepika and Saif looks beautiful and the old generation love story is more touching to the elders.....Guru Gopal Kochi

Rating After long time, the commercial hindi film has tried to do some thing different, yet retaining its commercial appeal. The lead hero is insecure, fallible, materialistic and unconcerned about the hero image. Saif, though getting old, has managed to portray the confused man - that you and me are - in a better fashion than the normal commercial hindi film hero does. (The only commercial actor i would have preferred over Saif is Hritwik). Its easily Deepikas best performance, or shall I say, the only better than average performance?? The director loses its grip over the script at many places, but overall the film holds good ground, and is a Must Watchable.....

Rating What a piece of s**** Love AajKal was. Cannot believe that Imitiaz Ali could churn out this? He did great w/Jab We Met and then this dud. A word of advice for desi filmmakers - consult someone with sensibilities of an NRIs. I mean none of the NRI I have seen and met behave like Saif. Scoring a girl stuff is typically HIGH SCHOOL/College and not men in their 40s. And Saif is another story…nothing against him….he was fabulous in Omkara, but it is time Indian actors play their age. It just does not suit Saif, Shah Rukh, Salman playing early 30 year olds chasing girls half their age. It is time they move on and let younger actors play leads in romantic roles.

Rating films, is all about meet, fall in love and want to marry and father disagrees and couple commits suicide, thats that, so what if this movie gives it a slight twist, the basic premise is the same, stupid mushy crap.
