M Padmakumar's 'Oru Bolevian Diary 1995' is part of the anthology film 'D Company' produced by Seven Arts Mohan and Vinod Vijayan. 'D Company' is a combination of 5 films by 5 directors under the banner of D Cutz Film Company.

Set in the tribal habitat in the jungle, the movie is about a North Indian Maoist leader Chaudikar, who reaches Wayanad to spread his doctrines among the local people there. A tribal youth Chinnan who was initially fascinated by the ways and teachings of Chaudikar, later became strongly attached to him.

The intriguing events that take place in their lives when the police inspector, played by Naren, tries to capture them plot this action thriller.

Scripted by 'Vellaripravinte Chengathi' fame G S Anil, the story is presented as how a top police officer details the commando operations to the media.

Samudrakkani and Asif Ali do the lead roles as Chaudikar and Chinnan respectively. The other main actors include Naren, Vijayan, Abu Salim, Mustafa, and Ananya. Naren is the police inspector and Ananya plays a channel reporter.
