'Priyasakhi' stars Madhavan and Sada in the lead and is directed by K.S Adiyaman. 'Priyasakhi' is a family entertainer. Basic story revolves around Madhavan a middle class person and Sada who belongs to arich family. They fall in love and marry. Gradually due to cultural difference their relation starts to fall apart. Will they solve their differences or not forms the rest of the story....
