Gauri (Meghna Naidu) and Akash's (Himanshu Malik) marriage is almost on the brink of a break up. Gauri's friend suggests them to give a final shot to their relationship and sends them to her palatial farmhouse at Devbaug.
Gauri and Akash reach Devbaug. At the farmhouse, when Akash has gone out and Gauri is all alone at the home, a dead body falls on her. She gets very scared. Akash returns and decides to inform the police. Just then he notices a bag of money stuffed with crores of rupees alongside the dead body.
Akash persuades Gauri to remain tight-lipped about the dead body so that they can keep the money. They subsequently decide to dispose off the dead body. Just then they come across a police officer Vishnu (Sayaji Shinde) who comes as a hurdle in their path. Vishnu strikes with the couple at every twist in the tale.
