Aashish Kapoor (Akshay Khanna) is a creative soul termed as a genius by his advertising agency. But to make things complicated from him he is a raving hypochondriac. His traits, paranoid behavior, his insecure love life with girl friend Rani (Ayesha Takia) add to his woes.
One day Aashish decides to break up his engagement with Rani for a very interesting reason to give her a better life though he still loves her immensely.
But Rani and her family fail all his attempts to break up the engagement till they find his involvement with his sexy, international model Sania (Mallika Sherawat)...
Aashish heaves the sigh of relief till he gets a shock of life by realizing that sexy Sania, he was using for breaking up with Rani, is deeply in love with him and is the sister of an international mafia don (Suniel Shetty) who put all his guns on him to marry his sister with no return.
Aashish has no escape...no support...no hope...he wants to return to Rani and now she is not interested in him.
Aashish has no one to blame, but his own self. How can he undo a situation that he himself has created?
What follows is a very hilarious, rib-tickling comedy of errors and more errors.
