With its six assorted anecdotes, this light-hearted romantic comedy tries to capture the varied flavors of love. You might love some story, laugh on some, relate to some and perhaps even reject some. But there's enough on the platter to keep you satiated. How and what you digest depends on your love appetite.

3.5 stars Honeymoon Travels is a light romantic entertainer with a bit of shock value which will appeal to the younger generation. The almost perfect acts by Kay Kay and Boman Irani is another positive. - Ashok    Fri, 23 Feb 2007
Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd. is about 6 couples..

Couple 1- Oscar Fernandes (Boman Irani) and Nahid (Shabana Azmi) are a middle aged couple. Its their second marriage at a rather old age. They are the laugh stock of the group but they are untroubled by it and are a happy-go-lucky couple.

Couple 2 - Pinky (Amisha Patel) and Vicky (Karan Khanna) are from delhi. Pinky is a very talkative girl, who dreams of a perfect marriage. Vicky is just the opposite. He is always to himself and often quiet.

Couple 3 - Partho Sen (Kay Kay) and Milly sen (Raima Sen) are from a small town in Bengal. Partho is very conservative while Milly is a adventurous girl.

Couple 4 - Hitesh (Ranvir Shorey) and Shilpa (Dia Mirza). Shilpa is a very reserved girl. She wasnt willing to go on a Honeymoon but its her parents and Hitesh who persuad her.

Couple 5 - Bunty (Vikram Chatwal) and Madhu (Sandhya Mridul). Bunty is from Los Angeles and Madhu is a traditional girl from Mumbai. They met each other on the Internet and are now linked.

Couple 6 - Aspi (Abhay Deol) and Zara (Minissha Lamba). They loved each other from childhood and they still do. They never fight or have any misunderstandings. In short, they are the perfect couple.

Apart from the couples, there is a man on a bike, wearing a leather jacket. He is a stalker of these couples.

Filled with excitement and love, these six couples are on a packaged Honeymoon trip to Goa. On this journey, the couples exploring the nature of love and relationships unfold.

Direction - Full marks to the director (Reema Kagti) for narrating this light entertainer in a very intersting way which should appeal to the younger generation. The first half is brilliant with quite a few hilarious scenes. The second half which concentrates more on twists and turns, disappoints.

The music by Vishal - Shekar is filled with a lot of fun and romance. Goa has been shot beautifully by Deepti Gupta (Cinematographer).

Acting - Kay Kay Menon is simply superb. He proves yet again that he is one of the most talented actors in the Hindi film industry. Boman Irani as always is in top form. Shabhana Azmi is consistent throughout. Abhay Deol is at his natural best. Raima sen, Sandhya Mridul, Minissha Lamba, Vikram Chatwal, Karan Khanna are good.

Arjun Rampal (Looks great), Dia Mirza (nothing much to do) and Ranvir Shorey (Brilliant) have small roles.

Overall :
Positives - Honeymoon Travels is a light romantic entertainer with a bit of shock value which will appeal to the younger generation. The almost perfect acts by Kay Kay and Boman Irani is another positive.

Negatives - Again, the second half.

Box Office Prediction - Should do great business in the multiplexes while the collections should be average at the single screens. 35 crore Hit is my prediction.
