'Sakudumbam Shyamala' is a film directed by Radhakrishnan Mangalath that has a script by Krishna Poojappua.
Krishna is riding high on the success of his earlier projects that include superhits like 'Ivar Vivahitharayal' and 'Happy Husbands'.
Uravsi plays Shyamala an extremely greedy and foolish housewife in the film and Kunchacko Boban plays her son. Saikumar would be seen in the role of Shyamala's husband while Bhama would play her daughter-in-law.
Radhakrishnan assures that his film would be a famly entertainer. He comes with plenty of experience, having directed popular serials as 'Indumukhi Chandramathi', 'Sathi Leelavathi' and 'Kootukudumbam'.
Urvasi too has high hopes on the film, and hopes that she would be able to strike the right chord with audiences.
The music of the film is by Sajeev Lal. The film has been produced by S Gopakumar under the banner of Kunchuveetil Creations.
'Sakudumbam Shyamala' is slated for a release in July.
