Kathayile Nayika has been directed by debutante director Dileep. The film has been scripted by Noby and Shyam.
Uravsi plays Nandini in the film, a government overseer who finds it difficult to make both ends meet. She is a widow, and stays with her two small daughters, mother, mother in law and brother Siva.
Siva is a televison anchor and hopes to become a movie star some day.He is in love with Archana (Roma).
The film also stars Suraj Venjarammoodu, KPAC Lailtha, Sukumari and a host of other actors. The film has songs composed by Tej Mervin.
Kathayile Nayika has been produced by Winter Green Creations. It will be released in August 2011.
