Bavoottiyude Naamathil Synopsis

'Bavoottiyude Namathil' is the story of a driver who was all alone from his childhood. Bavootty (Mammootty) is an orphan, raised in Yatheemkhana (orphanage). Bavootty is a man of limited dreams and has not attained anything in his life. Alavi (Harisree Asokan) is his childhood friend.
Bavootty is the driver of Sethu Madhavan (Sankar Ramakrishnan), a rich businessman. He is so faithful that Sethu Madhavan likes him very much. He believes that Bavootty is the reason for all his successes, both in his personal life and business. Because of this Bavootty enjoys all freedom in that house.
The arrival of a third person into their life creates problems and makes cracks in their relationship.
Ranjith has designed the script focusing on the culture and language of Eranad, a taluk in Malappuram district. The film casts three heroines - Kavya Madhavan, Kaniha, and Rima Kallingal.
Kavya Madhavan's character Vanaja, wife to Sethu Madhavan, speaks her native slang of Neelaswaram. Sethu Madhavan- Vanaja couple has two kids.
Noorjahan is a teacher who takes tuition classes for the children of Vanaja. Rima Kallingal does the role of Noorjahan. Kaniha plays a maid servant.
Vineeth, Sreeraman, Augustin, Parvathi Nair, Baby Anikha are the supporting actors. Shahabas Aman has set tunes for the lyrics by Rafeeq Ahmed.
G S Vijayan directs this film scripted and produced by Ranjith under the banner Capitol Films.
