Eldho (Unni Mukundan) is waiting to take revenge on Shauriyar (Pradeep Ravath), who killed his father Johnykkutty (Jayasurya) and brutally raped his mother when he was a young boy. Now Shauriyar is in the jail. Once he is out, Eldho will have his revenge on him.
Sara (Remya Nambisan) and her two younger sisters are the daughters of the cruel Shauriyar. It is by the courage of Sara that they three live, whose mother was killed by their father.
Eldho who has hidden intentions reaches Sara's place and falls in love with her. The following events plot the eventful story of 'Pathiramanal'.
