Much is expected of 'Indian Rupee', Ranjtih's new film that follows his super successful and critically acclaimed 'Pranchiyettan and the Saint'.
'Indian Rupee' has Prithviraj playing Jayaprakash aka JP. Reema Kallingal is his heroine in the film.
The film also marks the coming back of Thilakan, veteran actor, into mainstream cinema. The film also has a host of other actors as Tini Tom, Jagathy Sreekumar, Mallika, Zeenath and others.
Cinematography has been handled by S Kumar, while the musical score of Indian Rupee has been composed by Shahbaz Aman.
'Indian Rupee' has been produced by Prithviraj himself under the banner of August Cinema, that had earlier brought out the spectacular 'Urumi'.
'Indian Rupee' would be an October 2011 release.
