• 'Vallakottai' director A Venkatesh has drafted Malyalam actress Uthara to play the female lead in his next venture 'Enakku Vaaitha Nanbargal Ippadi' (EVNI). Uthara will be the love interest of newcomer Darshan.
  
  Touted to be a comedy flick, the film has music by Srikanth Deva. Pattukottai Prabhakar has written the dialogues. This is Prabhakar's 12th film with director Venkatesh.
  
  V.T. Vijayan will handle the camera.
  
  Venkatesh, who is busy acting in five films, said EVNI would hit screens on August 15.
  
  According to him, in love stories hero's friends help him unite with his girlfriend. But in EVNI, three friends of the protagonist work to separate him from his lover.
  
  The hero and the heroine will exchange only four lines throughout the first half of the movie. This will be the highlight of the film, Venkatesh says.
