• Los Angeles, Sep 12 (IANS) Jason Luis Rivera, the man who had allegedly entered singer Miley Cyrus' house premise, has been ordered to stay 500 yards away from her.
  
  Rivera plead guilty after he was caught by the police for housebreaking in the singer's LA pad. He was also carrying a pair of scissors with him Sep 9.
  
  The judge has set his bail at $100,000 and he remains in custody, reports tmz.com.
  
  He has also been ordered not only to stay 500 yards away from Cyrus but also from the block where she lives.
  
  Rivera's next court date is Sep 17.
