'Christian Brothers' will not make it to the screens on April.30

- Cochin, Mar.19 (NR): Contrary to earlier reports that the Big M's would clash against each other with simultaneous releases on April.30, it has now been confirmed that 'Christian Brothers' would be delayed.
Several reasons are being quoted by the makers behind the delay in release. For one, director Joshey has plans to shoot a song sequence abroad with Mohanlal and Lekshmi Rai. This song that would be shot in Scotland will be canned at the beginning of summer in May.
The multi-starrer also has a few combination sequences left to be shot. Therefore its impossible for the film to have a release on the 30th of April.
With 'Christian Brothers' out of the race, the ground is clear for 'Pokkiri Raja', the other major release that has been scheduled for release on the same day. 'Pokkiri Raja' would be able to have a gala initial pull during the first week. The film starring Mammootty and Prithviraj is expected to be one of the greatest crowd pullers of 2010.
