• 'Angel John', the Mohanlal-starrer directed by Jayasurya, is in the shooting stage and is getting ready for a likely October 18th release. Jayasurya is the son of late playwright and theatre personality S.L. Puram Sadanandan. He had made his directorial debut with the Dileep-Gajala starrer 'The Speed Track'.
  
  'Angel John', in which Tamil actor Shantanu (son of Bhagyaraj and Poornima Bhagyaraj) is also doing a key role, has 'Akashagopuram' fame Nithya Menon as the heroine. The cast also includes Laloo Aalex, Vijayaraghavan, Ambika, Sona Nair, Salim Kumar, Kollam Thulasi etc. Mamta Mohandas too plays a key role. Ajayan Vincent, whose work in 'Bhramaram' has been appreciated much, cranks the camera for the film.
  
  With script by Manaaf, 'Angel John' also features lyrics by Saseendra Varma and Subhash and music by Ouseppachan. K.K. Narayandas produces 'Angel John' under the banner of Creative Team.
