• Cochin, Nov.11 (NR): Tamil actress Mumtaz who had sizzled in several glamorous roles would be seen in Malayalam as Kalabhavan Mani's heroine now.
  
  Mumtaz, along with Muktha have been cast as the heroines of this film to be directed by Mohan Kupleri. The last film that he had directed was Paayum Puli, which also had Mani as the hero.
  
  Mumtaz who had almost disappeared from Tamil films had recently attempted to make a comeback, after having shed oodles of weight. She is hoping to make a fresh start in Malayalam as well, with Mani's film.
  
  The film would be scripted by Suresh Pathisseri, and would also have Sai Kumar, Suraj Venjarammoodu, Bijukuttan and Kulappulli Leela as the supporting actors. Produced by Kabeer under the banner of Kingdom Films, the shooting of the flm would start at Palakkad in December.
