'Pazhassi Raja' not to make it to the Panorama

- New Delhi, Dec.2 (NR): Hariharan's magnum opus 'Pazhassi Raja' would not make it to the Indian Panorama.
The Pazhassi Raja Trust and Pazhassi Raja Foundation had approached the Supreme Court with a petition that it be included in the Panorama.
However the Supreme Court ruled that the Court would not be interested in seeing and judging the merits of a film, and that it was left to people in the film industry to take such decisions.
The Court however agreed that the selection process was not transparent. However selecting films according to their merits is not the duty of the court, it observed.
