• Cochin, Aug.26 (NR): Sukumar Azhikode, prominent orator, has sued Megastar Mohanlal for defamation. Azhikode has filed a case against Mohanlal at Thrissur.
  
  He has demanded ten lakh rupees from the star for maligning his name in public.
  
  The Mohanlal - Azhikode war started with the orator commenting on the Thilakan issue, and Mohanlal taking offense to some of his comments. Lal retorted, and the whole thing snowballed into a mud flinging match that saw both parties going for it, all tooth and nails.
  
  Its learned that Azhikode has consulted lawyers close to him, before filing the defamation suit against Lal. Mohanlal has not yet reacted to the issue.
