Cowboy Irumbukottai release today

- Irumbukottai Murattu Singam directed by Chimbudevan hits the screens today. Choreographer turned actor plays the lead. The film produced by Kalpathi S. Agoram under the banner of SGS Entertainments was made on a lavish budget of Rs. 20 Crores. The film was supposed to be released in March but was postponed due to IPL cricket. Lakshmi Rai, Padma Priya and Sandya are the female leads.
The movie is shot by cinematographer Alagappan in locations like Bengaluru, Tenkasi, Tada, Madhya Pradesh, Rayachoti, Sathunur, Pune, Nagpur, Palghat, Amba Samudram and Pondicherry. Irumbukottai is the first to be shot in Kandi Canal in Kandikota of Vijayanagar dynasty.
Lawrence Raghavendra has his fingers crossed as he waits to become a big hero. Moreover this is the first cowboy film to be shot Tamil.
