'Spirit' given tax exemption!

- Cochin, June.26 (NR): The Malayalam film 'Spirit' that has been directed by Ranjith has been exempted from entertainment tax, taking into consideration the social message that the film propagates.
It was the Minister for Panchayats and Social Welfare, M K Muneer, who announced that the film was provided tax exemption, and the minister did not forget to laud the efforts of Mohanlal and Ranjith in creating a film that promoted good living.
'Spirit' had been released two weeks back in Kerala, and had received much critical acclaim as well as audience appreciation.
