Nayan says 'no' to Rohit Shetty

- Director Rohit Shetty is busy with his Chennai Express starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika. The film is about the journey of the hero from Mumbai to Rameswhwaram and has a strong South Indian flavour.
The director wanted a top actress to do an item song for the film and considering the market of glam diva Nayanthara, he has approached her.
However, it is heard that the actress has said no to the director citing lack of dates. Nayanthara is busy with several films in Tamil and Telugu and has recently signed the remake of Kahaani by Sekar Kammula, a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu.
