- Popular comedian Kanja Karuppu will turn producer with the film 'Velmurugan Borewells'. The film has Angadi Theru hero Magesh in the lead and Aarushi is the heroine. Kanja Karuppu will also be seen in an important role. Gopi who earlier did Malayan will direct the film.
The film's opening ceremony was held recently with a reception given by transgenders and directors like Ameer, Tarun Gopi, Susindaran attended the function.
Kanja Karuppu is currently busy as a hero in Mannar Vazhaikuda.
