• The shooting of Director Bharathiraja's 'Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum' has been completed, according to actress Karthika Nair who is part of the film. She says only post-production work and dubbing remain to be taken up.
  
  She expressed happiness that the film has finally finished shoot though it took a long time. The project has had many twists and turns. Despite two strikes and other obstacles, the shooting continued.
  
  It was Bharathiraja who introduced Karthika's mother Radha to Kollywood.
  
  The veteran has been known for setting his films against rural backdrops. 'Annakodiyum...' is also of the same genre. In the film, Karthika has shed her glam doll look and appears as a village belle.
  
  Karthika made her debut in K.V. Anand's 'Ko'. Later she signed Bharathiraja's film. The buzz is she will next do a film (tentatively titled 'Deal') with Arun Vijay. His latest flick was 'Thadaiyara Thaaka'.
