Amitabh Bachchan and R.Balki gave two critically acclaimed films – Paa and Cheeni Kum. This Friday, the duo is back with one of the highly anticipated films of the year – Shamitabh. The film also stars Dhanush and Akshara Haasan in the lead role. Right from the audio poster to Big B’s rendition of Pidley, Shamitabh has been making right noise so far, let’s see how the movie fares on the BO.

Badlapur

Starring Varun Dhawan, Badlapur is on my must-watch list for the simple reason that with this our lover boy Varun is all set to break the mould and do something different. Directed by Sriram Raghvan, the film also stars Nawazuddin Siddique.

Hamari Adhuri Kahanni

After giving hits like Ek Villain and Ashiqui 2, director Mohit Suri is all set for his next. The movie titled Hamaro Adhuri Kahani stars Vidya Balan and Emran Hashmi in the lead roles. The film also stars Rajkumar Rao. We hope the film has a better fate than the flop Ghanchakkar, which also starred Vidya and Emran Hashmi.

Salman Khan will open the year with Bajrangi BHaijaan with Kareena Kapoor. The film directed by Kabeer Khan of Ek Tha Tiger is being shot in Delhi these days. The film is the love story of a Hindu boy and Muslim girl.
