Jude Law, Michael Gamron to be honoured

London, Nov 22 (IANS) Actors Jude Law and Michael Gamron will be honoured at the British Independent Film Awards for their contribution to British cinema.

Law, who is known for his work in movies like "The Talented Mr.Ripley", "Cold Mountain" and "A.I. Artificial Intelligence" will be awarded with Variety Award, a special prize given for bringing international attention to the British movie scene.

Gamron, on the other hand, will be presented with Richard Harris Award for lifetime achievement, reports dailystar.co.uk.

The award ceremony will take place here Dec 9.
