Vadakkumthala Theatres is a famous drama troupe owned by Raphel. Raphel (P Balachandran), his sons, and in-laws are all actors in this troupe. The dramas are directed by Raphel’s brother Fr Sunny (Siddique) Vadakkumthala.
Once there arises the need for a new actor in their troupe. Cletus (Mammootty) is selected to do the role considering his looks and appearance. The film showcases in a hilarious way the events that unfold after the arrival of Cletus in the drama troupe.
Honey Rose is the heroine. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Kailesh, Aju Varghese, Rejith Menon, Kottayam Nazeer, Saju Kodiyan, Abu Salim, Anoop Chandran, Vinayakan, Tesni Khan, Mini Arun, Njarackal Sreeni, and Maya Maushmi are the other main actors.
‘Daivathinte Swantham Cletus’ is directed by debutante Marthandan. The movie is scripted by Benny P Nayarambalam. In the banner of Achappu Movie Magic, Faizal Latheef produces ‘Daivathinte Swantham Cletus’.
