Kannan (Dileep) is the son of the weaver Ayyappanasan. Ayyappanasan send his son for fashion designing, but Kannan’s ambition is to make more and more money. He tried many ways to earn money, but failed. This creates tensions in the father-son relationship.
Kannan hopes that sooner or later he will be able to achieve his aim. It happens soon through Yesu (Lal). The resulting humorous incidents take the movie forward.
Vedika is the lady love of Dileep in ‘Sringaravelan’. Nedumudi Venu, Joy Mathew, Baburaj, Kalabhavan Shajon, Babu Nambootiri, Chembil Asokan, and Sreedevi Unni also include the main cast list.
Directed by Jose Thomas, ‘Sringaravelan’ is scripted by Udaykrishna-Siby K Thomas team. The film is produced by Jaison Ilamkulam under the banner of R J Creations. Berny Ignatius tunes music for the lines of Rafeeq Ahmed.
