Meera (Gauri Krishna) and Jeny (Surya Kiran) are close friends. Meera is very beautiful and smart who has now completed her studies abroad. Jeni, who is not very beautiful, used to write poems about Meera. Meera takes initiative to publish these poems in magazines.
Jeny’s poems have many fans and one among them Madhavan (Ashkar Saudan) falls in love with Jeny. Meera is so selfish that she cannot accept the fact that Jeny has a lover. Moreover Meera also loves Madhanvan. This flare up the ego between them and ultimately Meera gets killed by Jeny.
‘Mithrem’ is directed by Jespal Shanmugan. Vijay Menon, Devan, R K Rajesh Shelley, Gita Vijayan are the other main actors. In the banner of White Swan Productions, R K Rajesh Shelley, Sanil Kumar, and Lalu Sunny produce the movie.
