Kismath Synopsis

The story of ‘Kismat’ is set in the background of the social and cultural life of Ponnani. The friendship between B.Tech student Irfan (new face Shine Nigam, son of mimicry artist Aby) and research student Anitha (Sruthi Menon) and the lives around them form the plot of the film.

The various incidents that take place in one day are narrated in ‘Kismat’. The movie is shot completely in Ponnani. Vinay Forrt does a major role as SI Ajay C Menon.

‘Kismat’ is written and directed by debutant Shanavas K Bavakkutty. The movie is produced by cinematographer-director Rajeev Ravi under the banner of Collective Phase One and Shailaja Manikantan under the banner of Yes Movie Makers.

Suresh Rajan handles the camera. The music is composed by Sumesh Parameswar and Shamej Sreedhar.
