Baahubali-2 is immensely satisfying as a whole. There are a few discrepancies here and there but they get washed out once we come out of the theaters. Looks like Rajamouli has got a 1000 Crore film here.

Baahubali - The Conclusion is an extension of the first part which covers Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas) - Devasena (Anushka) love story, the enemity between Baahubali and Bhallaladeva (Rana) and incidents that led to Kattappa (Sathyaraj) killing his Master. The rest is all about how Mahendra Baahubali / Shivudu (Prabhas) go for a revenge on Bhalla for his father's backstabbing and his mother's insult.

Prabhas is sensationally perfect as Baahubali. His hard work and dedication can be felt in every frame. Rana is stupendous in the evil character and moved one step ahead as an actor with Baahubali series. But then both of them needs to work on their dialogue delivery. Anushka did well as the warrior princess. Ramya Krishna and Sathyaraj were exemplary. Nassar did well while Subbaraju's comedy turned out to be poor.

First half of the film starts on a dull note. The romantic scenes between Prabhas and Anushka and the comedy track involving Subbaraju were boring. But then, the movie picks pace towards the Pre-Interval and ends up with one of the best Interval bangs in Rajamouli's career. The first half war scenes and the Hamsa Naava song visuals are top notch. The second half is high on emotions. But then, the battle scene and the final duel between Prabhas and Rana could have been better. Kattappa secret comes in the second half and it happens because of an unexpected character which you will enjoy when watching the film.

Rajamouli, the captain of the ship came up with a stunning work. The first part is more about visual grandeur and here it is all about adrenaline gushing emotions and thumping elevations. There are some lows in the film here and there but then Rajamouli frequently lift the spirits with some extraordinary elevations. Some of the scenes will leave us spellbound about the director's vision. Vijayendra Prasad should be credited here equally.

Keeravani delivers a magical background score yet again and is one of the unsung heroes of the film. Two songs are visually superb. Sabu Cyril's art direction and Senthil's Cinematography are almost like award winning. CG work is terrific mostly but is overdone at some places. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao's Editing is mostly fine. Production Values are Top notch.

Finally, Baahubali-2 is immensely satisfying as a whole. There are a few discrepancies here and there but they get washed out once we come out of the theaters. Looks like Rajamouli has got a 1000 Crore film here.
