Feature Film | 2015 | UA | Comedy, Crime
Critics:
Finally, Bhale Manchi Roju is a refreshingly different attempt towards the end of the year. The crime comedy gets interesting with entertaining narration, superb twists and a hilarious climax. The film is still a winner despite some glitches.

Ram (Sudhir Babu) works as a car delivery boy and he is out for a revenge on Maya (Dhanya Balakrishna) who dumps him. When he heads out on this revenge journey, he unfortunately dashes his car and let loose Seetha (Wamiqa Gabbi) from a kidnapping gang led by Shakti (Sai Kumar). Ram heads in to serious trouble after Shakti gets hold of his best friend and asks him to bring back Seetha to relieve him. But in a one more twist, Seetha gets kidnapped by another gang. The events that followed in the kidnapping drama and how Ram solves his problems forms the rest of the story.

Sudhir Babu is an apt for for the role and performed at ease. He is the one who shoulders the entire film from start to end. He is getting better with every film. Wamiqa Gabbi makes an impressive debut and she has got a decent screen presence. 30 Years Prudhvi just rocked in the climax comedy sequence. Posani is hilarious as Church father Paul. Saikumar is impressive as always as a baddie. Aishwarya Bhaskaran, Praveen, Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Vidyullekha Raman, Chaitanya Krishna, Dhanya Balakrishna, Ghosh and others are okay.

Bhale Manchi Roju is all about the happenings on an illfateful day in the life of a guy. Director Sriram Aditya added all that needed like Interesting characters, amusing performances, engaging screenplay, arresting visuals and entertaining comedy to make the thriller interesting. The kidnap drama is engaging right from the world go and the 30 Years Prudhvi comes as a trump card at the end but at a very right time. The second half is more engaging than the first half with some pacy narration and high on comedy quotient.

Sunny MR's music is not that great but the back ground score goes in sync with the film mood. Editing is good but care should have been taken regarding the placement of songs. Cinematography is top notch. The aerial shots, chases and fights are shot very well. Production Values are top notch.

Finally, Bhale Manchi Roju is a refreshingly different attempt towards the end of the year. The crime comedy gets interesting with entertaining narration, superb twists and a hilarious climax. The film is still a winner despite some glitches in the first half.
