Aravindha Sametha is set in the faction-ridden village, Kommaddi where Basireddy (Jagapathi Babu) kills Narapa Reddy (Nagababu). Narapa Reddy's son, Veera Raghava (NTR) stands up for peace in the region, without resorting to revenge. He goes to Hyderabad away from this mess but comes back to Rayalaseema after he is appointed to protect Aravinda (Pooja) who plans to make a documentary on Rayalaseema factionism. Rest of the story is all about what he does to eliminate factionism and bring peace in the region.

NTR came up with a subtle performance in the film which is high on emotions. He emoted a lot with his eyes. Jagapathi Babu gives one of his career-best performance in the role of the antagonist.

Pooja Hegde is good but still the extent of her character does not do justice to naming the film after her. Rao Ramesh, Sunil, Supriya Pathak, Naveen Chandra, Eesha, Nagendra Babu, Devayani, Easwari Rao play supporting roles and are adequate.

Trivikram does a fine job as the writer even though it is a routine story. He changed his dialogues pattern for good and focused more on content than rhyming. Even though it is more of an emotional ride, he laced with lots of action to ensure that the movie is gripping. Thaman's songs are good on-screen and the background score stands out. PS Vinod's camera work is good while Navin Nooli's editing has been adequate. The action part is excellent.

Aravindha Sametha is an Emotional Roller Coaster Ride which is driven by Tarak's Acting Prowess and Trivikram's Pen Power. The movie starts on a Powerful note and later gets a bit slow. The first half ends with a very good pre-interval block. The second half also starts well. Even though there are pace issues here and there, some excellent action does the trick. The climax has been decent. Except for some pace issues and preachy parts here and there, the movie is largely good.
