Hello Dubaikkaran starts with a character played by Devan who returns from Dubai on leave. A young Prakashan watches this in awe and is determined to be a "Dubaikkaran". This forms the crux of the movie and everything that happens from there is just blatant disregard for logic.

Time flies and we see Prakashan as a young man who aspires to go to Dubai but fate had other plans for him. None of his Dubai bound journeys materialize but he's determined about making it big in Dubai. He becomes the laughing stock of the people in his town and how he tries to achieve his goal forms the rest of the movie.

Adil

gave an average performance while Malavika Menon didn't have much to do. Salim Kumar and Dharmajan were roped in to inject some fun moments into the movie but failed miserably. Sunil Sukhada on the other hand gave a convincing performance and was one step above all others. Balachandran Chullikad, Sivaji Guruvayoor, Neena Kurupp , Jafar Idukki, Mamukkoya ,Devan, Indrans and Kottayam Naseer comprises the rest of the cast to name a few.

Harisri Yousuf and Harisri Baburaj jointly directed this movie and Harisri Yousuf has penned the script. There is nothing to write about the writing or direction. The BGM was a disappointment. So was Johnkutty's editing. Nadirsha's music and Murali Rahman's cinematography were also below average.
