Arjun's (Naga Chaitanya) family lands in trouble when they unexpectedly watch a criminal act. Arjun is an intelligent Drone Maker who vows to seek revenge. Rest is all about how he saves his family taking on some big names in the Evil World.

Naga Chaitanya fits in the role of a Tech Enthusiast and family man. He performed alright as there is no challenge in the character. Lavanya Tripathi is seen in yet another girlfriend role which is confined to two songs and scenes. Srikanth is seen as a villain in the movie and is convincing as a ruthless villain. Murali Sharma and Ravi Varma are okay. Rao Ramesh and Revathy are seen as Chai's parents and they are good.

David Nathan had picked up an age-old story which is quite predictable and routine. New Director Krishna failed to tell the story in an engaging way. The formulaic screenplay did not help either. The first half of the film is okay but it becomes boring post the interval as everything is predictable and things move at a snail pace. The climax once again is abrupt. Drones and 3D Camera used in the film does not add any value to the story.

Vivek Sagar's songs are not effective on the screen while the background score is okay. The camera work by Niketh is very impressive. Editing is good while the stunts are real. The Production Values of Varahi Chalana Chitram are Good.

Finally, Yuddham Sharanam is yet another formulaic revenge film narrated in a predictable manner and the slow pace further disappoints and bores the audience.
