Intelligent Telugu Movie
Teja (Sai Dharam Tej) is a brilliant software engineer who works in an IT Company - Vision Software Solutions headed by Nanda Kishore (Nassar). But then, mafia headed by Vikky Bhai (Rahul Dev) takes over the company and Nanda Kishore commits suicide all of sudden. Rest of the story is all about how Teja turns to Dharma Bhai to solve the suicide puzzle and ends Vikky Bhai.
Sai Dharam Tej has impressed with his styling and dances. But has to improve a bit in the acting. Lavanya Tripathi is mostly confined to few scenes and songs. The popular Chammaku Chammaku Cham song remix is disappointing with Tej trying to mimic Chiranjeevi. Nassar is good while writer Akula Siva appears in the Villain gang. Sapthagiri, Rahul Ramakrishna, Nalla Venu and other manage some laughs here and there. Rahul Dev and Dev Gill are good in the little roles they are offered.
Intelligent is a routine formula film stuffed with mass masala elements. Except for some comedy scenes here and there, the first half is boring and predictable. The interval bang is okay and the second half is even further disappointing. The logicless and predictable scenes irritate the audience to the core. There are no emotions and as well as no proper villainism for the story to work. The climax is also very predictable.
Vinayak is an experienced director but then delivered the weakest work till date. There is no novel factor in the story, screenplay or any scene for that matter. Akula Siva also has to share the blame in this. Thaman's music is okay but the songs are disappointing. Vishveshwar's cinematography is okay and the production values are not that great.
Finally, Intelligent is the weakest work of Vinayak and adds one more flop to Sai Dharam Tej's already troubled career. Try it at your own risk!
