Awe is the story with different threads between a LGBT Couple (Eesha Rebba and Nithya Menon), Chef Nala (Priyadarshi) with his two friends in kitchen - a goldfish named Nani (Nani) and a bonsai tree named Chanti (Ravi Teja), Watchman wannabe Scientist Shiva (Srinivas Avasarala), An Egostic Magician Yogi (Murali Sharma), and Drug Addict Meera (Regina), Troubled Lady Kali (Kajal Agarwal) along with some other characters.

Kajal Agarwal, Srinivas Avasarala and Murali Sharma are outstanding especially with their Mysterious Characterizations. Priyadarshi, Regina and Nithya Menen are also equally good. Nani and Raviteja's voice for the Fish and Tree respectively holds the film together. Rest of the Supporting Cast are more than adequate.

Awe is an out of box film not only for Tollywood for the entire Indian cinema. The newcomer Prashanth dealt it with nearly convincing screenplay and excellent climax. The movie has some inspirations from Hollywood films but he intelligently made it suitable for the Telugu audience. On the flipside, the second half is a dampner with too slow narration. But the climax is impressive and innovative.

As said earlier, director Prashant Varma had done a fantastic job. So is scriptville, the team of authors behind the script. The screenplay has been excellent. The cinematography by Karthik is excellent and the music by Mark K Robin is very appealing. Editing is okay. Production Values are appropriate. Dialogues, Particularly to Ravi Teja, are hilarious

Finally, Awe is not everybody's cup of tea but this will certainly satisfy the people who are looking to break free from Routine Pot-boilers. Give it a try!
