Set in a fictional village on Kerala-Tamil Nadu border, 'Kalki' showcases the tussle between the powerful and the oppressed. With the arrival of a new Sub Inspector, the conflict aggravates. It's a formulaic action film that neatly jazzes up the protagonist albeit the screenplay is hardly appealing.
