If the first half of the film would have been handled well when it comes to emotions and clarity, things would have been better. But all the plots are rectified in the second half as the film's story, narration, and comedy makes sense by the end.

On the whole, Prem Kumar is a disappointing comedy drama. Santosh Sobhan’s performance and comedy scenes scattered here and there are the only positives of this movie. Prem Kumar has nothing much to entertain.
