Azaad Hindi Movie
In 1920s India, a young stable boy named Govind discovers a kindred spirit in a spirited horse named Azaad. As their lives intertwine against the backdrop of rebellion and tyranny, Govinds quest to ride the majestic Azaad turns into a journey of courage, awakening him to his own power amidst the countrys fight for freedom.
Azaad (2025) starring Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani has received largely negative reviews from critics. Despite its grand visuals and noble intentions, the film suffers from a lackluster script, disjointed storytelling, and underwhelming performances. While Times of India acknowledged some moments of grandeur, other critics like NDTV and Indian Express described it as a "runaway disaster" and "moth-balled film," respectively. The absence of emotional depth and a compelling narrative further diminishes its impact.
Verdict:
Azaad fails to leave a lasting impression, bogged down by a weak screenplay and lack of character development. The newcomers, despite their best efforts, struggle to shine under the film's unstructured narrative. Overall, it is a disappointing debut for Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani, with the film's visual appeal doing little to salvage its shortcomings.
