PLOT:

In Chennai, along the Koovam River, 9-year-old Dinesh is tragically shot by retired army officer Krishnaraja during a moment of rage. The police investigation struggles to uncover the truth, while Krishnaraja secretly disposes of the weapon in the river. However, when the gun is unexpectedly discovered, it triggers a series of events that unravel hidden truths, leading to devastating consequences.
