Khel Shuru is a story of seven friends. Five guys and two girls, all in their early twenties, travel to a summer house in Ohio. Trip commences on a wrong foot when Eddie, an unspoken leader of the group messes up. What starts as a casual argument between these friends quickly escalates into a serious bet that pits one of them against the remaining six leading to the brutal game of ''hide and seek''.

That morning, two contract killers bring their victim to the same woods. They have an elaborate plan for the day. There are three French girls trekking in the same jungle. They have come to these dense woods to complete their botany project from the school.

Plan for every person in the jungle goes haywire. Seven friends, two killers, their victim and French girls all get drawn into the game one way or the other.
