Eye Telefilms Pvt Ltd.'s Parveen Bobby (A) is the age- old story of sexual exploitation in the film industry.

Rahul (Ravi Ahlawat) dreams of going to Bombay and becoming a film star. He steals his father's bonus of Rs. 5,000 and runs away to tinsel town to fulfill his dreams. There, he comes in contact with Parveen Bobby, who is a designer, originally from London but now settled in Bombay. The two of them fall in love and start living together. Since Rahul is a struggling actor and earns almost nothing, Parveen supports him financially too.

Rahul soon gets involved with Barkha Rani, who is sex-crazy and a top Bollywood heroine. She uses Rahul to satisfy her lust and helps him by getting him work in films. Rahul is on his way to becoming a big star till Barkha plays a trick on him and involves him in a fraud of Rs. 20 lakh. Desperate, Rahul pleads with Parveen to bail him out by lending him money. She appeals to her father but he insists that Rahul marry Parveen and settle down in London, if he wants the money. Rahul is unable to do so. Parveen finally sleeps with the financier whom Rahul owes money, and gets him off the hook.

A rift soon develops between Rahul and Parveen. While he abandons Parveen and becomes a star, she takes to drugs and is on her way to end her life. Meanwhile, Rahul gets involved with a starlet, Noorie. But when Parveen is on her death-bed, Rahul realises that she is the only one who loved him for what he was, and that he too loved her.
