Produced by Ravi Chalissery under the banner of Seven Power Films, 'Chithrashalabhangalude Veedu', directed by debutante Krishnakumar takes us into the world of a boy named Muththu, who is studying in the tenth standard.

Muththu is one of the naughtiest boys in the school. And he has with him a bunch of friends too. Things go to such an extent that one day he gets arrested by the police for bringing a bottle of arrack in his school-bag.

Of course there are reasons for Muththu being so naughty. It's circumstances that play a decisive role in moulding the nature of the young boy. But society never bothers to take into consideration such factors, and hence Muththu is always victimized.

Master Ganapathy, who made an impressive debut with 'Vinodayathra' and later did 'Alibhai' and some other films, plays the central character of Muththu. Also in a key role is Lakshmi Sharma. The film which, in the words of director Krishnakumar, is much more than a children's movie, is all set for release.
