Debutant director Unni Pranav is ready with his film 'Sivapuram' that is expected to be a total family entertainer.
Bala plays the lead role of Sivan, a widower who arrives at Sivapuram village looking for a job. He has a small daughter whom he leaves in the care of a nursery teacher (muktha), while he is at work.
Sivan however falls in love with his daughter's teacher soon, as he finds quite a few similarities between her and his late wife.
The film has been scripted by K.V. Anil. he camera has been wielded by Lal Kannan. The musical score has been composed by Shan.
Besides Bala and Muktha, others in the cast are Biju Menon, Salim Kumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu,Indrans, Thanima, Kalpana, Usha, Kulapulli Leela, etc.
The film has been produced by Ansal and Nazar under the banner of United Films.
'Sivapuram' is expected to hit the theatres soon.
