Feb 3, 2012 IANS

Pakistani singer-actor Ali Zafar for the first time composed music for a film and says it was tough to compose for "London, Paris New York".

"It was tough. I used to write and compose for my albums, but this was a film and the songs were written according to the situation, derived and given to you by the director and writer," Ali told IANS.

"It was a different experience nonetheless, very fruitful, very enjoyable and I had really good time producing music for the film because it is a fun film with youthful songs," he added.

Till now the 31-year-old has only created songs for albums, and Ali says he got full creative freedom to explore his work.

"I got full creative freedom as my producers and directors were nice. I didn't have to remake any song. Whatever I used to send them, they liked it."

The actor, who made his Bollywood debut with Abhishek Sharma's critically acclaimed "Tere Bin Laden" and later won accolades for his performance in "Mere Brother Ki Dulhan", will be seen romancing Aditi Rao Hydari in the movie. Click the Movie button below for more info:
