Reshmi Menon in Bayama Irukku

Reshmi Menon who was last seen in Kirumi as a mother of a child will reportedly reprise a similar role in her upcoming film Bayma Irukku where she will be paired with Santhosh Prathap of Kadhai Thiraikadhai Vasanam Iyakkam fame.

The film is said to be about the romantic relationship between a boy and a girl after they become united in marriage. This, the unit says, has been dealt with in a realistic manner. A house plays an important part in the movie.

Reshmi says, “As per the script we needed a haunted bungalow and we located one in Kerala which was inside dense woods. There are no proper roads to reach the bungalow. We had to travel by boat for three hours to reach the location. It was a challenging shooting schedule.” Naan Kadavul Rajendhran will be seen in a new avatar in the film while comedian Kovai Sarala dons the role of a saint.
