Ranbir Kapoor

The usually reticent Ranbir Kapoor, who has always kept his personal life guarded, is finally baring his heart out in tell-all interviews.

First in an interview to a popular news channel, the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor, who has never before admitted to his relationship with the Baar Baar Dekho actress, said that Katrina was the most influential person in his life, after his parents.

Furthermore, in a print interview, Ranbir even confessed that he fell in love with his Jagga Jaasos co-star while shooting for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani.

That’s not all Ranbir even spoke about his drinking problem.

Now, such candid confessions were bound to keep this Kapoor boy in the news, what say?

Sonakshi Sinha

One of the hot topics of the month in filmdom was — Will Sonakshi Sinha feature in Dabangg 3 or not?

And after many speculations, film’s director Arbaaz Khan finally confirmed that the Akira actress, who owes her career to Dabangg will be surely seen in Dabangg 3 along with Salman Khan. But what will be the length of her role and if she will be the leading actress or not, is yet to be decided.

That’s not all, an alleged marriage proposal from rumoured beau Bunty Sajdeh also kept the Noor actress in the news in August.

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Be it on the internet, in print or television, the mommy-to-be has been dominating the news ever since she disclosed the information about her pregnancy to the media.

As soon as the news came out, it was reported that Kareena will drop out of her forthcoming film Veere Di Wedding, but the actor proved everyone wrong by confirming that she will still be doing the film.

Last month, she also gave a fitting reply to director Rohit Shetty when he said that he found it a bit odd to approach Kareena for Golmaal 4 as she is pregnant now.

“Those who have a role for me they will come to me. Pregnant or not. I don’t think there is anything wrong in that. Why should he be scared? I should be scared of him,” snapped Kareena in her characteristic bindass style.

What’s more while many actresses would hide the baby bump, Kareena is flaunting it with pride and she recently even walked the ramp for Sabyasachi at the Lakme fashion week.

Well, Bebo darling doesn’t have to try too hard to be in the limelight, it comes naturally to her.

Salman Khan & Arjit Singh

Few months ago the cold war between the Sultan actor, Salman Khan and singer Arjit Singh created quite a buzz in the media.

And now they are back in the news, though this time around not for any controversial social-networking apology post, but for their apparent patch-up.

According to the reports, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor was miffed with Arjit and had apparently even got his song removed from his blockbuster hit Sultan, but now, he has now buried all the differences with the singer and is ready to start afresh.

Arijit Singh has confirmed that he will sing for the actor in his next film Tubelight, which is directed by Kabir Khan.

Radhika Apte

While she is breaking the stereotype and industry norms by her bold choices, the Phobia actress has not been able to escape the web of controversies.

First it was a nude video from Anurag Kashyap’s short film which got leaked and was circulated on the internet.

And now a video clip, featuring nude love-making scenes of her with co-star Adil Hussain from the film Parched, has been doing the rounds of the internet.

While the media didn’t lose the opportunity to splash the news bit and making it sensational, Radhika deserves to be applauded for calmly taking it all, by simply stating in an interview – “I do nude scenes, so what?”

Good news has been pouring in from all corners and keeping this Rangoon actor in the news for months now.

After a successful run at the box-office with Udta Punjab, the actor bagged another prestigious project — Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati. And then the bestest thing happened — he and his wife Mira were blessed with a beautiful baby girl.

Becoming a proud father was indeed big news that kept him under the media glare for days.

Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood’s badshaah made it to the news again after he was detained for the third time by US airport immigration authorities.

The Dear Zindagi actor was in the US of A to spend holidays with his children when this incident happened. Obviously, the actor was irritated and tweeted — “I fully understand and respect security with the way the world is, but to be detained at US immigration every damn time really really sucks.”

“The brighter side is while waiting caught some really nice Pokémons,” he added.

Salman Khan

Controversies’ fav child — Salman Khan, as usual, made it to the headline but again for all the wrong reasons.

After being appointed the Indian Olympic Association's (IOA) Goodwill Ambassador, Salman Khan forgot the name of India's star gymnast Dipa Karmakar and called her Deepika at the trailer launch of Sohail Khan’s Freaky Ali.

Obviously, the statement didn’t go well with the media or other sporting enthusiasts, who took to the internet and reprimanded the star for his goof up.

That apart, the star was also in the news for his impending wedding with rumoured girlfriend — Iulia Vantur and his next film with Yash Raj films’ — Tiger Zinda Hai. The film which is supposed to be a sequel to his 2012 hit Ek Tha Tiger will be directed by Ali Abbas Zafar.

Deepika Padukone

Well, the xXx: The Return of Xander Cage actress doesn’t ever fail to make it to the list of the top newsmakers.

This time around Deepika became the talk of the town after news about her getting paid a whopping 12 crore for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati came out.

Even Forbes’ list of highest-paid actresses came out last month and Deepi darling was placed on the 10th position on that list.

Ranveer Singh

While Deepika is dominating the news, her beau Ranveer Singh isn’t far behind either. The man has been in the news the whole of last month, thanks to the pictures and videos of his fun Swiss holiday.

That’s not all he also hit the headlines first for an apparent tiff with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and being ousted from his magnum opus Padmavati and then later for his long closed-door meeting with SLB, where he apparently patched up with him and is now once again a part of Padmavati.

Phew, this spritely boy does know how to stay in the news.
