The Kapoors’ Ganpati festivities at R K Studio are a big deal and the festival is celebrated with all the fanfare. During the visarjan day, when the Kapoors were on their way to immerse the family’s Ganesh idol, Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor allegedly slapped two media photographers when they asked them to pose for pictures. Naah naah, not done guys!

The Neerja actress totally stole our hearts this week not by making any style statements but by pledging to spend time on a regular basis with children suffering from cancer. Sonam Kapoor recently turned ambassador for Cuddles Foundation and visited the children's cancer ward at the Tata Memorial Hospital. She spent a couple of hours with the children there and even read to them. She has pledged to look after the nutritional requirements of 10 kids suffering from cancer. Well, more power to you Ms. Golden-hearted.

The 31st October actress received a lot of backlash on social media when she posted a picture of her seeking blessings at a Ganpati Pandal. However, the feisty royal princess gave a fitting reply to all her trolls by saying, “I am all for freedom of expression, but being told how going to a temple makes me a non-Muslim is plain callous. No one has the right to say that. Whether I choose to do namaz or go to a Church, how does it affect anyone?” She further added, “Nobody owns me. India being a secular nation, we have to respect all religions and each other’s choices.” Now that’s the spirit.
