Actor-turned-producer Siddharth may not be as happy as he wished to be. The actor who is commonly popular for his lover boy role returns with yet another love story that unfortunately fails to make an impact.

Arjun, a happy-go-lucky guy falls in love at first sight with Parvati, a fellow college mate. However, with time differences crop up between them and they part ways to live their lives. Parvathy goes abroad to pursue her higher studies while Sid is living life normally with friends trying to overcome the breakup. Meanwhile, there is another love story shaping up in the film; that of Parvati's parents'. How does the parents' love story bring about a change in Arjun and Parvati's is rest of the story all about.

Love Failure is aptly suitable for Siddharth but doesn't qualify as a wholesome family entertainer. The film is not for the regular audiences but is targeted at urban youth. The film with its liberal use of typical youth slang will work well in multiplexes. The youth, who form the backbone of all Siddharth's films, will naturally connect with the film and also patronize the film to a large extent.

Siddharth is the pivot and he handles it admirably with the required amount of seriousness, a dejected look and a confused attitude is maintained throughout by him lending credibility to the story. Amala handles her role with sincere maturity and commitment. The rest of the cast fit in their roles well and evoked the right dose of humour.

The film also subtly pinpoints the weakness of women. If a woman has a sad background, an emotional void, prefers to seek attention from a third person than from our own family members. It is not a perfect movie but the attempt makes you hang on till the end, the monologues are the highlights and almost sound as a memoir.

What ticks for the film is the lead actors' chemistry that stands out completely and so is the music that definitely something to look forward to. Cinematography along with other departments deserves special mention as well. However, too many sub-plots, unwanted melodrama and predictable climax are areas where the film didn't tick.
