Rasu Madhuravan, who was hitherto focusing solely on family values, churns out a romantic tale laced with humour. Pandi Oli Perukki Nilayam, originally titled Mike Set Pandi and set in Dindigul, is led by actor Sabarish, son of popular stunt choreographer FEFSI Vijayan and Sunaina of Kadhalil Vizhunthen fame.
Karunas, Singam Puli, Suri, Vatsan and National Award winner, Thambi Ramaiah will be seen in important roles. Deva, Pandian, Veerasamar, Nagendran, Madurai Market Muthu and Pasumpon Suresh play Sunaina's brothers in the film. The music is by Kaviperiyathambi.
